About the Role

As a Caregiver at Alden Elmslie House, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care that supports residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You'll work alongside a supportive clinical and care team to deliver safe, respectful, and person-centred care.

You will:

• Provide personal care with respect and compassion
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
• Observe and report changes in residents' health and behaviour
• Maintain a safe, clean, and culturally respectful environment
• Follow care plans and facility policies
• Work collaboratively to ensure continuity and quality of care

About You

You're caring, reliable, and enjoy making a difference in people's lives. You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a supportive team.

You will bring:

• Experience in aged care or a similar care environment
• Confidence working night shifts independently
• Strong understanding of safe care practices
• Calm, reliable, and professional approach
• Ability to start within the next two weeks (desirable)
• Valid NZ work rights (NZ residency or a valid work visa)
