Registered Nurse – Aged Care (Day Shifts)

We are a family-owned aged care provider dedicated to high-quality resident care. We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our supportive team across our two Christchurch facilities: Avon Lifecare and Kauri Lodge Rest Home.

This is a great opportunity to secure consistent day shifts while making a real impact on the lives of our residents.

What you'll do:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents at both dementia and rest home levels.
• Support residents and their families through professional and empathetic communication.
• Work closely with our dedicated care staff to ensure clinical excellence.
• Rotate between our two sites, providing variety in your daily work environment.

What you'll bring to the table:

• A current NZ practising certificate as a Registered Nurse.
• InterRAI training and a minimum of 2 years aged care experience in New Zealand.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and experience in dementia care.
• A reliable, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
• Fluency in English with clear communication skills.
