Make a real difference every day as a Support Worker with Hawksbury Community Living Trust. We're looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our Permanent Relief Team (PRT) full-time in Christchurch.

About the Role
As a Permanent Relief Support Staff member, you'll work across a range of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, awake night shifts, split shifts, and weekends.
You will be:
- Supporting daily routines including shopping, meal preparation, household tasks
- Providing personal care respectfully and safely
- Supporting community activities and outings
- Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Follow support plans and maintain accurate records
About You
We're looking for someone who is flexible, empathetic, and dependable, with a genuine passion for supporting others.
You'll ideally have:
- NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 2 or higher), or experience as a Support Worker / Caregiver / Healthcare Assistant
- Full New Zealand driver's licence (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- A respectful, person-centred approach to providing support to people with learning disabilities.
- Must be available to work weekends and a variety of shifts
