At Te Oranga PĹŤmanawa, our mahi is grounded in Te Ao MÄori values, tikanga, and manaakitanga. We walk alongside rangatahi who are not currently in employment or education, supporting them to reconnect, rediscover their strengths, and move confidently toward brighter, sustainable futures.
We are looking for a bubbly, vibrant kaimahi with a passion for uplifting youth and the ability to juggle many hats in a fun, supportive, and rewarding environment. NgÄ Mahi / About the Role
He mahi kanorau tÄneiâno two days will be the same.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Van driving â pick-ups and drop-offs
- Participation in wÄnanga and providing tautoko
- Pastoral care and wellbeing support for rangatahi
- Guiding rangatahi into education, training, or career pathways
- Shopping and practical support duties
- General admin mahi as required Every day will be different, and every day will matter.

- Can multitask and wear different hats gracefully
- Enjoys teamwork, builds strong, trusting relationships and whanaungatanga
- Shows integrity, reliability, and genuine care in all mahi
NgÄ PĹŤkenga / Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in Aotearoa New Zealand
- Hold a Full NZ Driver Licence
- Able to pass a drug test
- Able to pass a Police Vetting check (as you will be working with youth)
NgÄ Haerenga Mahi / Position Details:
- Fixed Term: 5 months
- Hours: 32 hours per week (TuesdayâFriday)
- Wage: Based on experience
- Application Closing Date: Saturday 13 December 2025
- Interviews: 15â19 December 2025
- Position Commences: Tuesday 13 January 2026
