About the Role This senior leadership position is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of disability and community services. You will lead teams, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and drive positive outcomes for service users.
About You You bring leadership experience within disability or community services and have a solid understanding of person-centred support. You're confident managing staff, resources, and operational priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Level 5 leadership qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Full clean driver's licence
- Ability to pass police vetting and pre-employment checks
