• Telehealth role for General Practitioners with experience in/passion for ADHD
• Strong diagnostic, pharmacological & lifestyle management focus
• $220-$260K pro rata dep on experience

This is an opportunity for busy GP's to enjoy a single focus in adult ADHD, whilst working remotely. Full time, part time or contracting options are available.

Recent government initiatives have allowed for greater uptake of ADHD assessment. This in turn will enable people to be promptly assessed, gaining understanding and the tools to manage their situation, improving their day to day experience of life.

With a team of Nurse Practitioners handling assessments and medications, (working alongside psychiatrists), this organisation also needs General Practitioners to work online (remotely) as part of the team, working with patients who require more in-depth support, changes to their treatment or medications.

Work with your patients who have been assessed by the team, for optimal clinical and personal outcomes, with treatment plans & medications to suit and evolve with their needs.

As part of a Multi Disciplinary Team, your input will be invaluable as you work together to provide care and support to adult patients with ADHD, particularly within the Titration arena.

You will need:

• Registration as a GP with the Medical Council of NZ
• 3 years'+ experience as a qualified General Practitioner in NZ
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get alongside your patients.
• Compassion, empathy and the ability to build trust.
• To be highly tech-savvy and happy to fully work on a digital platform, which supports your online appointments, documentation, record-keeping & admin.
• To be comfortable and skilled at compiling clinical reports, updates and analysis
• A passion for working in this field.
• No previous ADHD experience is required, as you will be supported to upskill and transition in this scope.
