Job Description. Aroma Massage & Day Spa is a well-established, premium spa located in the heart of Auckland CBD. We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our professional and supportive team. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality massage treatments including Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Remedial Massage, Aroma Hot Stones, Body Treatments, Facial Treatments.
- Assess clients' needs and deliver appropriate treatment professionally.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to a high hygiene standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a relaxing experience for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Massage therapist or relevant massage qualification with practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of body treatment, relaxation techniques, and client safety.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional work attitude.
- Physically fit and able to perform regular massage sessions.
- Positive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
