Reformer Pilates Instructor – Katikati

Align Pilates NZ Studio is bringing Reformer Pilates classes to Katikati, and we are looking for qualified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our growing team, with the opportunity to also work in our Pahoia studio.

Founded by a Comprehensive Polestar Pilates Certified instructor with over 25 years of experience in Pilates, and now opening her second studio, Align Pilates NZ is built on a passion for quality movement, genuine client care, and creating a supportive community for both clients and instructors.

We are seeking instructors with Reformer Pilates certification and at least 6 months of teaching experience who are passionate about movement and creating positive class experiences. You will be confident leading small group classes of up to 7 clients, where each person feels supported, challenged, and empowered in their movement. This role includes:

Teaching Reformer group classes (maximum 7 students per class) with clear guidance and demonstrations Providing appropriate corrections, progressions, and modifications as needed Creating a welcoming and positive studio atmosphere Ensuring correct technique, client comfort, and safety Maintaining a clean, organised studio and equipment Building strong client relationships that encourage long-term commitment Being a reliable, consistent, and positive team member
