Care on Call (NZ) Limited, along with Florence Nightingale Agency are a well-established, reputable provider of healthcare and specialist nursing services throughout the country. Our clinical team are seeking another Clinical Operations Lead to join us and be part of making a difference in others lives!

Our successful applicant will:

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership or team management.
• Community or homecare nursing experience preferred.
• InterRAI trained (or willing to train promptly).
• A compassionate team player with a drive to do what's right.
• Based in the North Island - ideally Auckland, Hamilton or Wellington but we're flexible.

The role will include oversight and support of our clinical team, operational running of the clinical team, management of complex clients, relationships with funders, business growth and development. You will partner with another Clinical Team Lead and will report to the Group Clinical Manager. This is a full-time role with national reach, grounded in local communities.
