The role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi We're looking for an inspirational and motivated leader to take up the exciting opportunity as a full-time Team Coach based in Titahi Bay.
As a Team Coach, you will lead a team of Support Workers at our residential service, supporting up to 16 residents as they transition towards independent living in the community.
You will play a key role in leading and developing our service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing meaningful and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Providing regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your team
- Ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources
- Collaborating with services, such as MHAIDs, PHOs, and the wider community and social sector to implement personalised plans.
- Support the team in their mahi to exceed their personal best in everything they do.
**This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Additionally, you will be part of a rotating after hours on-call roster. **
Mōu | You We are looking for a registered clinician with leadership experience and a strong sense of purpose to your mahi.
You will have: ****
- Current registration as a Registered Health Professional (Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Alcohol and Drug Practitioner) with current APC
- Proven leadership experience
- Clinical work experience in working in mental health and addiction.
- A current full New Zealand driver's license.
- A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
- A demonstrated ability and cultural competence in working with Māori.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti Waitangi.
