Are you a dedicated Practice Nurse looking for a flexible opportunity in a modern, patient-focused environment? Join Qestral Health Hub, an exciting new and innovative healthcare venture based in a brand-new premises.

The practice will be located at a high-profile corner site at Main North Road, Papanui, Christchurch, and is currently undergoing a modern, purpose-built, fit-out, incorporating attractive consulting rooms and extensive staff facilities. As we prepare to open in the next couple of months, we are seeking a Practice Nurse who is passionate about high-quality care and keen to be part of a purpose-built practice designed to support both clinicians and patients.

We have full-time and part-time Practice Nurse opportunities available, offering variety and flexibility across services. This role offers an opportunity to shape care delivery within a growing service and work across a diverse patient base.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a dedicated and patient‑focused Practice Nurse who: · Has a current NZ Registered Nurse Practising Certificate · Ideally has experience working in a GP practice, health hub, or similar primary care environment · Is committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care, to individuals, families, and whānau · Communicates clearly and professionally with patients, colleagues, and the wider multidisciplinary team · Works collaboratively with General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, allied health professionals, and other practice staff · Remains calm, adaptable, and solutions‑focused in a busy clinical setting · Has a sound understanding of New Zealand primary healthcare systems, privacy, and professional standards · Is comfortable working within modern practice management systems and clinical software · Enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures · Values teamwork, compassion and contributing to a positive practice culture.
