About the Role As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse Consultant, you'll enjoy a structured Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm schedule. Forget nights, weekends, or shift work—your evenings and weekends are yours to enjoy!

Supported by an incredible team, you'll take charge of:

• Coordinating home-based rehabilitation and complex care services.
• Managing your own caseload, conducting client assessments, and ensuring top-tier case management.
• Building and maintaining client relationships while ensuring services meet the highest standards.
• Monitoring and reviewing care plans to continuously improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Health Professional: Current registration, APC and experience as a NZ Registered or Enrolled Nurse is essential
• Positive Attitude: Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to tackle anything that comes your way.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills to connect with clients and collaborate with the team.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new systems.
