About the Role
We are seeking applications for two permanent Quality Coordinator positions. Please include in your cover letter how many hours you would like to be considered for.
These positions will work within the Health Quality Safety Service. The core work is to effectively and compassionately communicate and work with staff, consumers and whanau to manage, coordinate and support core HQSS activities such as incident investigation and complaint resolution. These positions require great relationship building skills, a good command of the English language, a solution focused mindset and patience.
You would be well supported by the wonderful team. Even though knowledge of adverse event management and Datix is essential this is also an excellent opportunity for someone to deepen their expertise in the Quality field.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Our team of highly experienced clinical and non-clinical staff provide support for the organisation in all matters relating to quality and risk. This includes, but is not limited to conflict resolutions, clinical reviews in adverse events, risk mitigation strategies and clinical governance.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will be enthusiastic and have a professional approach in all that you do, and enjoy working in a varying, dynamic environment.
You will have:
Experience in health care related field Proven expertise in quality, risk, and safety systems, including incident management, adverse event investigation, and clinical governance processes The ability to influence, negotiate, and constructively challenge the status quo in a professional, diplomatic, and solutions-focused way Well developed communication skills, including excellent report writing, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance.
