Clinical Coordinator – Temporary Role (6 months)

  • Monday to Friday – Business hours and based in Hamilton, Rotorua or Tauranga.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis for 6 months. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, supporting the coordination of clinical services and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Service Coordination: Oversee the coordination of clinical products, ensuring smooth operations and optimal service delivery.
  • Clinical Product Advice & Guidance: Provide clinical advice to customers regarding the selection, use, and management of clinical products. Support clinical teams in making informed decisions that enhance patient care. Training will be provided.
  • Revenue & Cost Management: Identify opportunities to improve revenue and achieve cost savings through the strategic management of clinical products and services.
  • Process & Documentation Management: Oversee processes related to clinical product updates, ensuring that all relevant documentation is up-to-date and compliant with the standards provided.

Skills & Experience:

  • Clinical Background: Proven experience in a health-related field, such as nursing, clinical laboratory work, or technical roles within a healthcare setting. Familiarity with the hospital environment is essential.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to manage and analyse data effectively.

Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary role for 6 months
  • You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, playing a key role in the management and enhancement of clinical services.
  • The role is based in Hamilton
