Safe Network is the Government's preferred provider of community-based therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults with concerning, problematic, or harmful sexual behaviour across the upper North Island. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Grafton. In this leadership-influenced clinical role, you will work with adult clients to drive positive and sustainable change in their lives, families, and wider communities. You will:

• Conduct high-quality assessments and deliver interventions from a systemic and socio-ecological perspective
• Provide therapeutic interventions (individual and group)
• Manage your own caseload and associated clinical documentation
• Build effective working relationships with key external stakeholders
• Bring hope, expertise, and professionalism to an area of work that genuinely transforms lives

About You To thrive in this position, you will bring:

• Full registration with the New Zealand Psychology Board
• Clinical understanding of key frameworks and practices relating to adult sexual harm
• Experience in assessment and intervention for harmful or concerning sexual behaviours and/or family violence/or forensic clinical settings
• Excellent clinical report writing, formulation, and intervention planning skills
• The ability to build strong, client-centred therapeutic relationships
• A respectful, non-judgmental approach to working with vulnerable clients
• Experience working effectively with Maori and Pasifika within clinical and cultural frameworks
