Located on the 20th floor of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel on Queen Street, The Churchill rooftop bar unveils unrivalled spectacular panoramic views of the city.

We specialize in gin and cocktails, boasting nearly 200 gin styles and presenting a specially curated, unique and luxurious Winston Churchill themed cocktail menu.  These highlight spirits and flavors from around the globe for even the most discerning drinker.

Guest experience is at the core of our brand.  We provide a fine-dining, stylistic approach to bar service and aim to enhance every guest's experience by offering elite knowledge, service and product.

You are a bright mixologist who is passionate about creating spectacular drinks and delivering unrivalled beverage knowledge.  When you are behind the bar, you create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting. You take pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions.  Our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day.

Position Summary:

• Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to travelers exceeding their expectations
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to travelers
• Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete beverage experience, creating a place with the traveler in mind
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Support the bar team in general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travelers to enable future bookings

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Working rights in New Zealand
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
