Senior Bar Tender

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and experienced bartender. This is often a solo shift, so we need someone confident, efficient, and capable ofworking the bar independently whilst maintaining existing standards.

Excellent command of the English language

Bartending experience, ideally in a high-volume high-end venue. Good knowledge of wine and spirits Excellent time management, efficiency and multitasking skills. A mature, can-do attitude and ability to maintain a high standard of work withoutsupervision

Key Responsibilities: Opening and closing the bar Preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, wine, beer, coffee) Managing all beverage stock (some heavy lifting)

Keeping the bar organized and clean Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining bar standards

Providing training for bar attendants

And assisting on the restaurant floor when required
