DUTY MANAGERS

We’re looking for people with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead a team confidently, and ensures every customer enjoys a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

What you’ll need to bring:

• A current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate (or the ability to obtain one)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to problem-solve on the go
• Experience in hospitality management (preferred, but transferable skills considered)
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing daily operations
• Supporting and motivating staff
• Maintaining compliance with licensing requirements
• Ensuring high standards of service are consistently met

Waitstaff (Part Time & Full Time Positions)

We’re also looking for enthusiastic bar staff to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, has great people skills, and can keep cool under pressure.

What you’ll need to bring:

• Previous bar experience (preferred, but not essential for the right person)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
• LCQ or Manager’s Certificate is a bonus but not required for bar staff

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving drinks efficiently and responsibly
• Providing a welcoming and friendly service
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
