DUTY MANAGERS
We’re looking for people with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead a team confidently, and ensures every customer enjoys a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What you’ll need to bring:
- A current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate (or the ability to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to problem-solve on the go
- Experience in hospitality management (preferred, but transferable skills considered)
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Supporting and motivating staff
- Maintaining compliance with licensing requirements
- Ensuring high standards of service are consistently met
Waitstaff (Part Time & Full Time Positions)
We’re also looking for enthusiastic bar staff to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, has great people skills, and can keep cool under pressure.
What you’ll need to bring:
- Previous bar experience (preferred, but not essential for the right person)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
- LCQ or Manager’s Certificate is a bonus but not required for bar staff
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving drinks efficiently and responsibly
- Providing a welcoming and friendly service
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
