Oscar & Otto is on the hunt for a skilled and energetic Barista + All-rounder to join our team. Located at 51 The Strand, we are a high-volume, high-quality cafe where consistency is key. If you are a coffee specialist who isn't afraid to jump on the floor and help the team, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Produce consistent, top-quality drinks under pressure as part of our lead barista team.
• Assist across all FOH areas, including floor service, with a proactive attitude.
• Use your initiative to read what needs to be done and prioritise tasks on the fly.
• Contribute to a high-energy, positive team culture.

About you

• You have at least two years of experience in a leading barista role.
• You are an all-rounder who is comfortable moving between the machine and the floor.
• You have a laser-sharp customer focus and a positive attitude.
• You are reliable, punctual, and possess a high level of English fluency.
