This could be the right role for you if you: Enjoy leading from the front and being actively involved in service Take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences every shift Are confident working independently and making decisions on the go Have experience in a Food and Beverage supervisory or Duty Manager role Understand how bar, restaurant, and conferencing operations work together Bring a hands-on, can-do attitude and are happy to roll up your sleeves when needed Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with both guests and team members Stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment Hold a valid New Zealand Duty Manager Certificate Are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

What you can expect from us Competitive hourly rate based on experience Minimum guaranteed hours of 30+ per week A supportive team that works together and backs each other The opportunity to be part of a growing and evolving hotel group A role where you can take ownership and make a real difference Ongoing development and opportunities to grow within the business
