Café Manager – Mi Amor Café & Mexican Cuisine (BULL NZ LTD) 📍 Governors Bay, Christchurch, New Zealand We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to take full responsibility for the overall performance, operations, and management of our café. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and control the overall operations of the café Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs Manage stock levels, ordering systems, and supplier relationships Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalated issues Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food regulations Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within hospitality Proven ability to manage staff, operations, and financial performance Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: $30 – $35 per hour (depending on experience) Full-time role: 30 to 60 hours per week Opportunity to lead and grow within a developing business 📩 Apply now with your CV and a brief cover letter
