About the role; Waitstaff / Barstaff / Cocktail Bartenders – Mr Brightside Rooftop Bar In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service across all areas of the venue. From crafting quality beverages and managing busy sections to building rapport with regulars and welcoming new guests, you’ll help set the tone for the Mr Brightside experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard, including cocktails, wine, and beer Maintaining strong product knowledge and a willingness to continuously learn and improve Building and maintaining relationships with our loyal local clientele Working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Supporting your team to ensure smooth service across the floor and bar Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the venue Communicating clearly and effectively with team members and management Contributing to a positive, energetic team culture

About You We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

You will have:

A warm, welcoming, and charismatic personality A positive attitude and strong work ethic A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Drive, ambition, and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry Flexibility with availability, including evenings and weekends Confidence in communication and the ability to connect with a wide range of guests The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure A natural sense of initiative and teamwork

Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude.
