We’re looking for a casual barista to join our team and step in when we need an extra pair of hands – whether it’s busy periods, large bookings, or covering staff leave.

About the Role

Casual Team Member (On-Call Support) Ideal for someone looking for extra hours on top of other commitments Shifts offered during busy periods, large bookings, or staff cover No guaranteed hours, but opportunities will come up regularly Daytime hours only – no nights Weekdays: 7am–3pm Weekends: 8am–2pm What We’re Looking For Previous barista experience preferred Reliable and flexible, able to pick up shifts when needed Positive attitude and team-focused Friendly and confident with customers Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Fluent English communication Must have own transport and legal right to work in NZ
