Description

This includes
- developing an understanding of Spanish cuisine including authentic tapas and paella
- incorporating sustainable fresh seasonal produce from our garden into the menu
- carrying out food preparation and service in a timely manner with consistency
- hygiene and record keeping
- working as a team member to plan the kitchen shift and to meet customer needs
The successful applicant will:
- have a Certificate in Cookery - Level 4
- have at least 2 years experience working in a busy a la carte kitchen
- some experience preparing Mediterranean food is an advantage
- be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays with flexibility to work as rostered to meet customer needs
- be able to provide at least 3 contactable referees
- will demonstrate a mature and responsible can do attitude with positive friendly communication skills and ability to remain calm during very busy shifts
- be able to attend an in person interview and start in late September/early October 2025
