What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
- Strong cooking skills with a focus on quality, speed, and consistency
- Ability to run your own section confidently during service
- A team player who brings positive energy to the kitchen
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and stock procedures
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
