What You'll Do: As a pizza chēf you will manage the wood-fired pizza oven, prepare and cook pizzas under the direction of the Head Chef. The role includes running your own section, mixing and preparing dough, preparing pizza toppings and keeping the ocven hot. This role requires hard work and dedication to the teamwork ethic that the Staff thrives on. The right candidate will have had experience cooking pizza in a commercial setting, preferably with a wood-fired pizza oven. Full training is provided but an experienced candidate is preferred.
