Description
We are looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our team at Protocol Bar in Cashmere

If you have the below attributes, we would love to hear from you
- At least one years experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position
- Have the ability to lead the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef and be comfortable training and guiding junior staff
- Have a working knowledge of food costing
- Have an excellent knowledge of food control plans and food safety
- Have great communication skills
- Reliable and be able to work under pressure
- Be available nights and weekends
If you have the ability to work alone aswell as in a team, have good initiative and a friendly manner then you would be well suited for this role
