We are looking for an experienced Chefs for both our Lone Star Spitfire and Lone Star Rolleston stores.
We are a busy, fast-paced, well-established restaurant, open 7 days a week for both lunch service and dinner service.
A Successful Applicant will have: *At least 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced kitchen at a Senior or Sous Chef level. *Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure with great communication. *Have a sound knowledge of Safe Food Practices and recording. *Certificate in Professional Cookery Level 4 or 5 (preferred).
This Job requires: *The ability to maintain efficiency in all areas; service, stock control, staff training, cleanliness, recording and Health and Safety. Prep work, and working on colds (Larder) , hots, grill, and pans. *To read and remain familiar with the Brand Kitchen Bible and Operations manual and to follow all procedures as specified. *To ensure guests have a flawless eating experience. *Follow correct Lone Star Procedures and company policies to the highest standard.
The position: *Full-Time, Permanent *Minimum 35 hours per week *Payrate range $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Available for immediate start.
