Chef/Cook and Multi-Tasker

As a Chef/Cook and Multi-Tasker at Pedro's House of Lamb, your responsibilities will include:

1. Cooking: Prepare and cook delicious lamb dishes, ensuring quality and consistency in taste and presentation.
2. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving customers, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
3. Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant to create a pleasant atmosphere for our customers.
4. Driving Goods: Safely and efficiently transport goods to and from suppliers or other locations as required.
5. Packaging: Assist in packaging takeout orders, ensuring they are accurately prepared and ready for delivery.
6. Cash Handling: Handle cash and process payments accurately, maintaining cash register integrity.
7. Heavy Lifting: Be physically capable of lifting heavy items and assist with stock management as needed.
8. Availability: Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends is essential, as these are peak times in our business.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Flexibility and availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
