Basics Trading Limited is looking for candidates to fill the vacancies for Chinese Cook roles

Job Requirement:

• at least two years of relevant experience in Chinese Cuisine that specializes in Northern Chinese Style food in particular bread based cuisines.

The suitable candidate is required to be able to perform the following:

• planning menus, estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies
• need to have a good understanding of Northern Chinese Cuisine in particular bread based cuisines and be update to date with most recent trend of Chinese Cuisines
• monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and packaging
• discussing food preparation issues with Kitchen and Managers
• demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking methods
• preparing, cooking and packaging the food
• explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
• may select and train staff

Pay rate: $29.77 per every hour worked
