We're seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead a well-established, family-owned restaurant known for its strong connection to local growers, regenerative farming, and organic wines. Operating for over 14 years and holding 2 hats since 2019, this is a unique opportunity to take the reins of a respected, produce-led kitchen.
About the Role
- Lead a small, close-knit team (2-3 chefs + seasonal support)
- Create a seasonal, ever-changing menu driven by local and in-house produce
- Oversee a predominantly daytime operation (lunch service + limited evening events)
- Work closely with ownership to maintain strong supplier relationships
