We’re looking for a chef who's confident under pressure, humble, and driven by flavour. If you love fast-paced service, cheeky banter, and creating top-tier guest experiences, this could be your next hospo home.

The details:

• 40+ hours per week
• Four-day working week
• Open Tuesday to Saturday (closed Sundays & Mondays)
• Public holidays + Xmas/New Year off
• Start ASAP

You’ll be:

• An experienced chef (minimum 2 years in service)
• Confident and calm under pressure
• A team player who knows when to hustle and when to have a laugh
• Genuinely into quality hospitality
