About Us Gohan On Scott is a popular Japanese restaurant in offering fresh, authentic cuisine. We are seeking one Head Chef and two Sous Chefs to support our restaurant and help deliver high-quality meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes to a high standard
- Assist with menu planning and kitchen organization
- Ensure food freshness, quality, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Support supervision and training of junior staff
- Coordinate workflow during service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Proven leadership and kitchen management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Restaurant Manager Gohan On Scott is a well-known Japanese restaurant offering excellent food and a warm dining experience. We are seeking a Bar Manager to lead our beverage service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations
- Prepare and serve beverages, including Japanese cocktails
- Maintain stock levels and handle ordering
- Train and supervise bar staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in bar management or a similar role
- LCQ or Duty Manager Certificate preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Japanese drinks is an advantage
