Executive Chef – Full Time
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated culinary professional to take ownership of menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all kitchen operations Design and develop creative, seasonal menus Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency Manage food cost, ordering, and supplier relationships Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Maintain efficient kitchen workflows and service standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards Experience with menu planning, costing, and inventory management Creativity and passion for delivering high-quality food Strong organisational and time management skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
