Tartan Rose Cakery & Deli is looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our growing team. If you love creating high-quality baked goods and thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all products
• Follow recipes and maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
• Manage stock levels and support daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role
• A passion for baking and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends
• Strong time-management and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Make cake and pastries and decorate it to the standards
