Pizza Chef

The Venue Situated in the West End Precinct Courtyard, Ms White serves 100% true to tradition hand rolled Italian pizzas and features over 40 different craft beers - we are loved by guests and locals alike!

Ms White is on the hunt for an energetic and knowledgeable Pizza Chef who has a genuine love for pizza. This is a full-time role with an immediate start available. This role may also include some hours supporting our sister restaurant, Snug Lounge, located within the West End Precinct and connected via the shared atrium.

A day in the life:

• Preparation of menu items following recipes taste testing and evaluating food before service
• Ensure use of high-quality ingredients and ensure business and safety standards are followed
• Stock management and ordering, maintenance of food and equipment inventories
• A fun, friendly and positive work environment where you’ll make a bunch of new mates
• Looking after all customers to ensure that all guests are happy, feel welcome and are comfortable
• Be familiar with all products and services that are on offer and make recommendations

The ideal person will have:

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferred
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and costs
• Genuine passion for the hospitality industry
• Willingness and desire to work as part of a busy team
