Description
Full-time, permanent role in the west coast We offer a minimum of 30 hours per week and up to a maximum of 60 hours in our peak periods. A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a junior Commis Chef or one year experience as a Demi Chef de Partie level
Work alongside a passionate, supportive team in a spectacular natural setting
The shifts are a mixture of day and afternoon/early evening with some weekend shifts to prepare meals key responsibilities . maintain quality control on all prep items, including seasoning and cooking alongside senior chefs fellow all recipes and kitchen procedures minimise kitchen waste , maintain a clean hygiene and safe work environment follow kitchen cleaning schedules and food control plan requirements. assist with stock control rotation and receiving deliveries. report maintenance issues to the head chef promptly . follow directions from senior chefs and restaurant manager . strong food safety and hygiene standards available for weekends and public hoildays able to work both morning and evening shifts on a 7 day roster comfortable working in a multicultural team
