We are a growing short-stay cleaning company seeking experienced, reliable cleaners/team leader to join our team servicing luxury properties across Auckland.
This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality cleaning background who understands high presentation standards, time-sensitive changeovers, and the importance of delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience in high-end properties. What We’re Looking For
- Proven hospitality, hotel, motel, or short-stay cleaning experience (essential)
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required
- Full NZ driver license is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities
- End-of-stay and turnover cleans for short-stay luxury properties
- Hotel-standard cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Linen changeovers and restocking of guest supplies
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or damage issues
- Working efficiently to meet strict check-in and check-out deadlines
- Travelling between multiple properties across Auckland
