He angitūtanga / The opportunity:

We are looking for a Cleaning Assistant to join our team at CHT David Lange in Mangere,Auckland. In this role, you’ll ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This is a Permanent part time position. Successful candidate MUST be available to work during weekends.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain premises, fixtures, and fittings.
• Cleaning residents rooms and bathrooms, common areas , staff rooms. lounges
• Use of vacuum cleaners and related equipment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow company cleaning procedures.

He kōrero mōu / About you:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally in aged care or healthcare.
• A team player with good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Physically fit, reliable, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Able to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Holds or is willing to obtain a Police Clearance.
