An exciting opportunity has been created for casual weekend housekeeping superstars to work in Auckland’s newest 126-bedroom hotel, SOHO. Inspired by art deco fused with contemporary comfort for the ultimate urban escape, SOHO is located in Mount Roskill, just 15 minutes from the CBD.
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our housekeeping team providing clean rooms and public spaces in a beautiful urban hotel. We are currently looking for casual staff.
We are looking for individuals that are flexible and responsive with a positive and approachable manner. The work varies and is scheduled around the occupancy of the hotel, therefore work will include weekends and public holidays when the hotel is busy.
Requirements of the role include:
- Carry out housekeeping duties to a high-quality standard with excellent level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work well as an individual and be able to support your team
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be reliable, friendly, and professional.
- Physically fit and energetic
- Determination to exceed customer expectation.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role in a hotel is preferred
- Honesty and the ability to work well in a team environment.
