Responsibilities ·Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained. ·Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks. ·Inspect work areas regularly and address any issues promptly. ·Train new staff in cleaning procedures and health & safety protocols. ·Communicate effectively with team members and management. Ideal Candidate ·Previous experience in cleaning or supervisory roles preferred but not essential. ·Excellent organisational and communication skills. ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards. ·Full drivers' licence and legal vehicle. ·Eligible to work in New Zealand and join KiwiSaver.
