Housekeeping Supervisor – Book Tekapo Holiday Homes
About the Role As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll help keep our holiday homes running smoothly and ensure guests have a fantastic stay. Day-to-day tasks may include:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities Train, schedule, and support housekeeping staff Inspect properties to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and inventory Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times Communicate effectively with management Assist with housekeeping duties
We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude, great people skills, and the confidence to roll up their sleeves when required. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and working as part of a close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you.
Must have: NZ Drivers Licence At least 2 years’ relevant housekeeping or supervisory experience (or a relevant qualification Skill Level 3) Strong leadership and team coordination skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Good communication skills in English Physically fit and able to perform hands-on duties as required Appropriate visa to legally work in New Zealand
