We’re looking for a reliable, detail-loving, and positive person to join our company and help care for a small portfolio of high-quality Airbnb properties.
This role is about more than ticking boxes. We care deeply about presentation, cleanliness, and the little details that give guests an exceptional stay and keep our reviews at the top tier. If you take pride in leaving a home spotless and guest-ready, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing This is a hands-on, varied role that includes full property changeovers between guest stays:
- Full interior cleaning of properties
- Bathrooms and toilets (showers, vanities, mirrors, fittings)
- Kitchens including benches, sinks, appliances, and surfaces
- Dusting throughout (furniture, skirting, fixtures, surfaces)
- Glass and mirror cleaning
- Bedding changes and laundry
- Outdoor and section tidying
- Property presentation resets and final guest-ready checks
- Light general maintenance and hands-on tasks as needed
This role is not limited to a fixed task list — we’re looking for someone who notices what needs doing and takes pride in the finished result.
Hours & Pay
- Casual, part-time role
- Approximately 30 hours per week on average
- Some weekend work required
- Hours vary depending on bookings, offering flexibility = All tools, equipment, and cleaning products are provided
About You
- Experience in Airbnb, accommodation, or professional cleaning
- Highly reliable — consistency is essential
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time
- Full NZ driver’s licence required
