Remy’s Deli is a premium European-inspired sandwich bar located in the heart of Auckland CBD. We specialise in high-quality sandwiches, specialty beverages, and refined takeaway, operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We are building a strong team and are currently hiring across multiple roles:

*    FOH / Café All-Rounder

*    Kitchen Hand

*    Chef / CDP (all levels considered)

About the Roles

FOH / BOH/ Café All-Rounder

*    Deliver fast, professional customer service

*    Take orders, handle POS, and manage service flow

*    Support food prep and service where required

*    Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards

Kitchen Hand

*    Assist with food prep and basic kitchen tasks

*    Maintain cleanliness, dishwashing, and organisation

*    Support chefs during service

*    Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Chef / CDP

*    Prepare and execute menu items to a high standard

*    Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during service

*    Manage prep, portioning, and kitchen workflow

*    Work within a high-performance, fast-paced kitchen

What We’re Looking For

*    Minimum 1 year hospitality experience (role dependent)

*    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

*    Strong work ethic and attention to detail

*    Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

*    Reliability and professional presentation

*    Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

◦    Sun–Thu: 10:00am – 10:00pm

◦    Fri–Sat: 10:00am – 12:00am
