Job Title: Baker

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Baker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pastry and pie making, but who is also open to working across a variety of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a range of products including pastries, pies, breads, and other baked goods Follow recipes while maintaining consistency and quality standards Assist with developing new menu items and seasonal offerings Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times Monitor ingredient stock and assist with ordering when needed

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Previous experience as a baker, with a strong focus on pastry and pie making Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
