We're The Recruitment Network (TRN), NZ's leading hospitality staffing specialists. Our Ellerslie based Auckland office is full of fun, supportive, and fast-paced… and right now, we're looking for a Service Facilitator to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where no two days look the same. You will:
- Roster our talented temp workforce matching the right people to the right roles
- Engage with clients daily to ensure their staffing needs are filled
- Interview and onboard new staff, getting to know their strengths and skills
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Understand our clients' expectations and pair them with staff who can deliver
- Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Be the person who makes everything run smoothly

What We're Looking For
To shine in this role, you'll bring:
- Hands-on hospitality experience, especially front-of-house
- A keen eye for what great hospo talent looks like
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer confidence especially in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle changing priorities
- A true people person who enjoys building relationships
- Flexibility for occasional onsite client meetings, sign-ins, or catchups
- Legal right to work and already be in New Zealand, (we are not able to sponsor work visa)
This is a busy role, but also rewarding, impactful, and perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment.
When you'll be working
Although flexibility is required to cover business requirements and staff leave, your standard days of work will be:
- Monday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm
- Saturday 5:00am to 1:30pm
- Sunday 9:00am to 5:30pm
