Bodrum Newmarket is a well-established hospitality venue located in the heart of Newmarket. We are known for providing quality food and warm customer service, supported by a professional and close-knit front-of-house team. Our venue operates with a structured management model consisting of a Restaurant Manager, a Duty Manager, Supervisor and front-of-house staff.
We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to support our daily service operations. This is a hands-on role where you will work on the floor alongside the team, assisting with supervising service, supporting staff, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and under the guidance of the Manager.
This role offers a clear progression pathway. As the business grows and service demands increase, there will be opportunities for further training and development into higher-responsibility roles and position.
Key responsibilities Supervising front-of-house staff during service Supporting daily service coordination Allocating sections, tasks, and breaks Assisting with opening and closing procedures Handling customer enquiries and complaints Training and supporting new team members Maintaining service standards
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing hospitality role Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to supervise staff during busy service periods A calm and professional approach to customer service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Duty Manager certificate is an advantage, but this role does not require the Supervisor to be the sole Duty Manager for the venue.
