As Operations Manager, you will oversee warehousing, logistics, quality, and production at our East Tamaki Roastery, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end operational performance across the site. Your leadership will directly influence how our production, roasting, and distribution functions evolve, balancing efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement to support the growth of our business. You’ll be the one who is providing the tools, direction, and vision to ensure our operations not only meet but exceed the highest industry standards.

Your focus

We’re looking for a commercially driven operations leader who thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact role. You’ll take ownership of our supply chain strategy, ensuring that production and distribution run efficiently while continuously identifying opportunities for growth, cost savings, and process improvements. Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll align operations with broader business goals and develop the systems and processes needed to support our growing operational footprint. Beyond operational excellence, you will be responsible for driving quality and compliance, and workplace safety requirements, while embedding sustainability into our supply chain.

Your profile

• Operational leadership – Extensive experience overseeing large-scale manufacturing, production, warehousing, and logistics, with expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and cost efficiency.
• People leadership and development - Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering accountability and a results-driven culture.
• Commercial and financial acumen - Ability to make data-driven decisions that align operational performance with business objectives.
• Process improvement and problem solving - A track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies that improve quality, productivity, and cost control.
• Compliance and risk management - Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance in food manufacturing or similar industries, and workplace safety standards.
