Restaurant manager

We are a well-established popular restaurant based in Auckland, trading as The CityWell Hot Pot. To enhance our team, we are now looking for 1 restaurant manager to join our team. We are expecting someone who has a passion for food, and management, attention to details, ability to multi tasks and be a proactive member of the team.

Job Description

Supervise daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operation

Hire and train new staff

Organise staff schedule

Coordinate with vendors and manage supply orders

Control operational costs and identify ways to reduce waste

Maintain accurate stock records and update sales and expense reports

Collaborate with the chef to plan and adjust menu items based on seasonality and customer preferences

Guide staff on delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer issues

Plan and organise special events for customers when needed Ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards

Requirement:

At least 2-3 years related work experience in the same field.
