The Regional Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the operational, clinical, financial, and strategic performance of a portfolio of aged care homes and retirement villages. You will provide hands-on leadership across multiple sites, driving resident-centred care, high-quality service, and business performance.
This role requires a flexible, mobile leader who can travel regularly between facilities to support teams, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performing, close-knit culture across the region. You will be instrumental in shaping operational excellence, driving occupancy, and leading growth initiatives..
Ngā Responsibilities Matua | Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple sites to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient operations.
- Take full accountability for regional P&L, occupancy, and financial targets.
- Ensure clinical excellence and compliance across all facilities, maintaining readiness for audits and certifications.
- Develop, coach, and support high-performing leadership teams.
- Drive resident satisfaction, engagement, and culturally competent care.
- Oversee capital expenditure, maintenance, and asset management projects.
Mōu | About you
- Proven senior leadership experience in the aged care sector
- Strong understanding of P&L management, occupancy, workforce leadership, and service quality.
- Experience managing large teams, multi-site operations, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Flexible, mobile and willing to travel regularly
